Workplace Violence Prevention Policy
Purpose The New Day Company, LLC is committed to maintaining a work environment free from violence, threats of violence, harassment, intimidation, and other disruptive behavior. This Workplace Violence Prevention Policy aims to establish a safe workplace for all employees, contractors, clients, and visitors.
Scope This policy applies to all employees of The New Day Company, LLC, including full-time, part-time, temporary employees, contractors, and anyone who has a relationship with The New Day Company, LLC which can be negatively impacted by acts of violence.
Policy Statement Violence, threats, or any form of intimidation within The New Day Company, LLC’s premises or during company-related activities are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This policy is intended to prevent workplace violence and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Prohibited Behaviors

- Reporting Mechanism: Establish clear procedures for reporting any incidents or threats of workplace violence.
Reporting Procedure
- Immediate Reporting: Employees must report any incident of violence or threats to their supervisor or Human Resources immediately.
- Investigation: All reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
- Confidentiality: To the extent possible, the confidentiality of the reporting individual and the investigation will be preserved.
Support Measures
- Counseling: Provide access to counseling services for victims of workplace violence and for employees who exhibit signs of stress that may lead to violent behavior.

Disciplinary Action
