NO PASSENGER POLICY DISCLAIMER

At The New Day Company, LLC, the safety and security of our operations are paramount. To ensure compliance with our insurance policies and to maintain the integrity of our workplace environment, we strictly enforce a No Passenger Policy in all company vehicles.

Policy Details:

• Passengers are not permitted in company vehicles at any time unless prior authorization has been granted.
• Unauthorized passengers can result in a violation of company policy and may lead to disciplinary action.

Authorization Process:

• Should there be a need for a passenger to accompany a driver in a company vehicle, a formal request must be submitted in writing to the management for review.
• Such requests should be submitted with sufficient notice and must include the reason for the passenger’s presence as well as the anticipated duration.
• Authorization is granted at the discretion of The New Day Company, LLC management and must be documented and carried in the vehicle at all times during the presence of a passenger.

We ask all employees to adhere strictly to this policy. Violations may affect the status of employment and/or independent contractor agreements. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
